With over 22 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, I am passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life through movement, balance, and healing. A graduate of an intensive 3,000-hour program, I have built a strong foundation in clinical reasoning, injury rehabilitation, and holistic wellness. Committed to professional excellence, I invest in continued education every year, ensuring that I stay current with the latest techniques and research in both massage therapy and holistic wellness. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right environment and support.
My treatments integrate postural analysis, myofascial release, and a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques. I incorporate a wide range of modalities, including muscle energy techniques, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation, osteopathy, hydrotherapy, movement studies, and lymphatic drainage. This comprehensive approach is particularly effective for athletes, individuals recovering from injuries, and those managing the physical demands of daily life.
As an active person, I understand the importance of movement and well-being. Whether hiking, swimming, or training at the gym, I prioritize health and know firsthand how vital recovery and self-care are to staying active. I also deeply value family, peace, and adventure—principles that shape both my personal and professional philosophy.
Lifelong Learning & Coaching
I have always believed that learning is a lifelong journey, and I am committed to continuously expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients. In addition to my work as a massage therapist, My ongoing studies include in personal growth and life balance, nutrition, herbal healing, Re-Creating Life Patterns, dating and relationships, family relational patterning, parenting, and supporting partners of people in addiction.
Beyond massage therapy, I have a deep interest in counseling training and nutritional education, which further inform my holistic approach to health. I also hold training in firefighter emergency care and peer support for critical incident and stress management, enhancing my ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
With this foundation, I am now offering Life Coaching & Counseling as a new service. My approach is centered on providing a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, gain clarity, and develop healthier patterns in their lives.
